David Mozersky, M.D.
Co-Founder of Veintec

Dr. Mozersky is co-founder of Veintec.

He attended medical school at the University of Manitoba, Canada, where he grew up and served his internship at Winnipeg General Hospital and completed his general surgery residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.
 
After a fellowship in peripheral vascular surgery at the University of Washington, in Seattle, Dr. Mozersky served in the U.S. Air Force. He was assistant chief of vascular surgery at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center from 1972 to 1974.
 
He founded Peripheral Vascular Associates in 1974. Dr. Mozersky's other executive positions have included serving as chief of surgery and chief of staff at Humana Hospital San Antonio. He is also a clinical professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is Board Certified in General and Vascular Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Alfred Laborde, M.D.
Co-Founder of Veintec
Dr. Laborde, a San Antonio native, is co-founder of Veintec.
 
Dr. Laborde graduated from Central Catholic High School and St. Mary’s University. He attended medical school at Texas Tech University and served as a surgical resident at Chicago Medical School, where he also worked as a clinical instructor of surgery.
 
After a fellowship in vascular surgery at the University of Iowa College of Medicine, he joined Peripheral Vascular Associates in 1992 and pursued his specific interests in outpatient vein treatment. He is Board Certified in General and Vascular Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Robert K. Thompson, M.D.
Dr. Thompson graduated from University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, Texas and his vascular surgery fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

He is a member of Peripheral Vascular Associates in San Antonio, Texas and he is an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at The University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio. He is Board Certified in General and Vascular Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
