Dr. Guinn nació en Galveston y se graduó en Austin College. Despues de sus estudios de graduado en Neuroscience en Texas Christian University, asistió Medical school en Medical College of Pennsylvania. Siguiendo sus internados en la University of Texas Medical Branch, completo su residencia de cirugía general en St. Mary's Hospital en el Western Reserve Case System donde fue residente principal y hizo su fellowship vascular . Es miembro del American Medical Association y Student National Medical Association.

Dr. Foster graduated from Texas A&M in Lubbock. He went on to complete his medical studies at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Following his surgical internship and residency at University of Alabama, he completed his Vascular Fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Foster has practiced in Texas, Oklahoma, and Alabama. Dr. Foster is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery.
 
His memberships include American Medical Association, Society for Vascular Technology, and International Society for Endovascular Surgery.
